De HOWO 6x4 explosieveilige waterkanonwagen is een aangepaste versie van het HOWO HW76 chassis met dubbele cabine. Hij heeft een wielbasis van 4600 + 1350 mm, is uitgerust met een WP12S400E201 motor en een HW19710 versnellingsbak.
