The working device adopts a centrally located arrangement of two sweeping discs, a centrally located wide suction nozzle, and a V-shaped spray bar.

1. The layout of the tank assembly optimizing:
● The clean water tanks are independently located in front of the power system, reducing the impact of power system noise and electromagnetic radiation on the cab.
● Another portion of the clean water tank is integrated into the garbage bin, improving space utilization and increasing the garbage bin volume to 6m³ and the water tank volume to 5m³.
● High-flow-rate, high-pressure nozzles are installed inside the garbage bin for rapid rinsing and self-cleaning.
● Both the clean water tank and garbage bin are made of stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance and extending the service life of structural components.
● The triangular bend design and the folded edge at the top avoid sharp angles, resulting in a novel and sophisticated overall appearance.

The air duct system is the foundation of the sweeper's pneumatic conveying system. It include 3 main parts: the suction nozzle, the casing duct, and the fan, determining the suction power of the debris.
● High-Efficiency Suction Cup:

♦ The dust collection device is located in front of the rear axle of the vehicle, employing a floating suction nozzle + dual air duct structure.
♦ It has a wide suction width and integrates a high-pressure water spray bar internally, with left and right water spray bars on both sides.
♦ Through optimized airflow and structure within the suction nozzle, suction capacity is enhanced, resulting in strong suction and a cleaning efficiency of 98%.

● Centrifugal Fan:
♦ Utilizing a self-developed high-pressure centrifugal fan, the maximum airflow reaches 12000 m³/h.
♦ The fan boasts high total pressure and high efficiency, increasing mechanical efficiency by over 15% and air pressure by 25%.
♦ The blades are made of special steel, and their unique blade shape makes them extremely resistant to wear.


4. Safe and Reliable High-Pressure Water System:

● The high-pressure water system features dual overpressure protection:
♦ The first level of protection is achieved by an unloading valve, set at 5MPa.
♦ The second level of protection is achieved by an overflow valve, set at 7MPa.
When the handheld spray gun abruptly switches from spraying to closed mode, the system pressure suddenly increases. The unloading valve may not have time to respond, at which point the safety valve opens instantly, ensuring the safer and more reliable operation of the water pump and other water system components.
● Pneumatic Pipe Cleaning Function:

♦ The high-pressure water system is equipped with a quick-connect anti-freeze water blowing device interface to prevent water system components from freezing in low winter temperatures.
♦ The high-pressure water distribution valve uses a pneumatic integrated water valve assembly, which is easy to maintain and highly reliable.
♦ Equipped with an automatic hose reel and high-pressure water gun, it can perform targeted cleaning and vehicle maintenance.
♦ A rear spray system is installed at the rear of the vehicle for dust suppression.
